First I must I am from Spain.
I think UNDER FIRE is the best hispanic music in american film. why, very simple: it is gentle and good, and it is not Topic music!!!

One question: Why Mr. John Williams doesn´t make "Hispanic motive" music? I heard he is an expert in hispanic music.
