Christian,

I appreciate the review as I usually do, but your comment about Hollywood deciding that 8 years is somehow the appropriate time to get over 9/11 and feature terrorist attacks in film is in poor judgement.

First off, despite what the mainstream media and brainless politicians try to make us think, I will not compromise my way of life because of radical Islam or even staged events that occur by the government.

Just because 9/11 happened doesn't mean that we can no longer enjoy certain, fictional ideas in movies. Seeing the Eiffel Tower get demolished without any direct reference to 9/11 does sound cool -- though I haven't seen the movie, and don't want to. But the concept alone offers visual potential.

I would never reduce anything I see, read or hear to the level that it somehow is offensive or lacks respect to a given event, if, in fact, it is done without any relationship to that event whatsoever.

It's not as if they showed a building toppling in on itself, etc.
