No, they aren't. . .  > uummm...they actually ARE real words...it's ancient Greek
I'm not sure where you get this information from. Lisa Gerrard is quite famous for her made-up words. The words to "Now We Are Free," are, in fact, not. Anyone in doubt of this point who actually cares enough to find out the truth should do a more thorough Internet search.
Anyway, don't you think it's an awesome song?
