This song is in LATIN!!! It is about people telling people to sing of the the arrogance of the leader and commander they once had. Now they are free from the hell they were living that the emporer was killed. (pesh a ley) Means to walk freely. (pech a nay) But not to sin as well. It is about the country and the people finally being free and due to one persons great honor and courage.
