Nonsense lyrics, but beautiful song.

Hans (Alfonzo227@gmail.com) is absolutely correct, you guys. The language is COMPLETELY made up by Lisa Gerard. I've been doing internet/Google searches after it was first suggested and found confirmation on the following site: https://www.dreamworksfansite.com/gladiator/interviews/Hans_Zimmer.htm . If you scroll down the page to question #8, the interviewer asks Zimmer about the language Lisa Gerard was singing on the soundtrack. Zimmer's EXACT response was, "It is not words or any particular language." He further explains that, "... the haunting voice of Lisa does tell us the story from an ancient language, only it's not." (EMPHASIS on those LAST THREE WORDS.) If you don't believe me, copy and paste the above address into your address bar and check the site out for yourself.
