My life and the movie "Glory"   Saturday, May 17, 2003 (11:41 a.m.)

I saw the movie "Glory" for the very first time in 1993, and I cried, I was of great appreciation for the love and passion of, (1)The director,(2) Actors and 3.)The Colonel, his deputy and Denzel. I saw love of Country, above others, I saw friendship in the face of seperation and deprevation. I saw love instead of color. I saw what I have always dreamt of.....unity.

I saw this movie long before I ever came to America, and till to day, I still recommend this movie to anybody that will hear. I also have it, and when I grow old and have my great great children...they'll see this movie, just like they will have to see "Hunt for the Red Oktober", "Men of Honor", "Remeber the Titans", "Cain and Abel (Thought I have not found it to buy)", and "JESUS". I am greatful that you brought this movie to life.:), may God bless you.

I am a Nigerianand I saw this movie back in Africa, but I love America..even the more because of what "Glory" has done in my life....Trust, Love and friendship. Above all Respect. I look forward to your next movie(s).

I agree with you on "Glory." I cried when the troops were formed up before the charge on Wagner. They knew they were going to die and they still followed Shaw. The music contributed to this also. "Glory" is a movie that should be viewed by future generations.
