The song that happens directly after Lecter slams down the clever is "To Every Captive Soul", yes. However, the original post referred to a shot of the patrol cars going over a bridge. This actually doesn't happen at that point. It happens on screen earlier in the scene, when they're all back at the table and Lecter looks at the clock. It cuts to a wide shot from a helicopter looking down on the patrol cars from a great distance, crossing a bridge. This particular piano piece is not in the soundtrack and is not "To Every Captive Soul"
