Harry Potter was a great score!!! My new dream is to play it as a band! It was such a rip-off that Lord of the Rings won for best soundtrack. I don't remember any of the music and I saw both of them TWICE. I loved Harry Potter so much that my mom bought me Hedwig's Theme (my favotite song) for flute. I don't believe William's goals were lofty at all, in fact, I think he should have raised them. Harry Poter is probably the best score of music in the 20th century.

You are incorrect. "Hook" is the greatest score of the 20th Century. Although Lawrence of Arabia and Out of Africa are good too.

Dude Hook is Old It Was good For it's Time I would Say out of All of John Williams Soundtracks it Would Have To Be The Starwars Saga. And Lord Of the Rings Deserves to win. The Music Was Great Peter jackson Picked the Right composer to get the Job done. However out of This Year the Best music i have heard in a while would Have to be Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest.
