Nice review, but you make it sound like the rest of the score is crap. It's as if someone reviewed Springsteen's "Born to Run" and said "the title track is great, but the rest of the album's kinda tedious."

And no -- overlapping cellos wouldn't have been appropriate for the traitors scene -- I think 43 overlapping cymbals would have been, actually. Also, there were too many notes!

I'm sorry... my ideas about what instruments composers "should" use aren't so rigid and honestly, I don't think this sort of "correction" has any credible place in a film music review. A reviewer should describe what the composer does and then say whether or not it's effective, not suggest instrument replacements. That's just... weird.
