How does John Debney reconcile anti-Christian witchcraft?

We all know Debney is a big follower of Jesus Christ. He writes better music for films about Jesus. Compare that to his music for films about Satanic rituals and witchcraft, and the quality is not the same. Is it devine intervention or just not as much inspiration?
