Barryesque sound

It's no accident that The Incredbles has a Barryesque spy sound. John Barry had been attached to score the movie for a long time but dropped out. Bird had wanted that sound for a while, and had the originator attached to do it. I would have loved to hear Barry do the score, but I think Giacchino nailed the essence of that Bond sound pretty well. There were some shades of You Only Live Twice when Mr. Incredible snuck into Syndrome's fortress.
