True dat! Though it is obvious that Davis was trying to integrate his own themes in JP3, it leaves us all wanting (and expecting) something more. At the end of the film, we hear a slightly altered version of the powerful Jurassic Park theme we were all waiting for. Despite the lack of violins (the harps were a good edition) it was all right. However, this song was not on the CD, so I ended up searching high and low for the original movie's soundtrack. I found it, but I can not find The Lost World's. For others out there who are fans of Williams's music (Star Wars, Hook, and Jurassic Park), you know how trying this can be. Overall, Davis's scores leave a lot to be desired, and only Williams can save the Jurassic Park magic (music and film) from what it has become. No more JP movies without Williams!!!
