KOH directors cut guitar played track

Hi, I dont know the difference between the directors cut and the original one because I only have seen the directors cut movie. Does anyone identify the classical guitar track played arround the middle of the movie while Balian is watching the water flowing through his fields and the desertical earth is turning green. It is just after the people from the village found water in a well they are diggin. Sorry for my broken english and thanks for any answer.
