Latin lyrics

Hi everybody!

The KoH soundtrack is one of my favorite soundtracks, it's just great. Now I've listened to the tracks "A new world" (the part at 1 min 25) and "The king" (part at 4 min 30) surely a thousand times but I just cannot understand the Latin lines:-)))It drives me crazy:-)
Can anybody help? Does anyone know here these lines originally come from?
