I couldn't agree more with Clemmensen about this film spoiling its potential to be intellectually stimulating. I was lured into seeing it by Roger Ebert's four star review, where he WAS in existential contemplation mode. I think he was out of his mind. What I saw instead was intellectually dishonest, anti-scientific, end-times religion masquerading as a science fiction film.
