If anyone out there is interested in knowing more about the infamous studio head, check out 'The Battle of Brazil', a book form the early 90's I believe. The author's last name is Matthews (I think, his name escapes at the moment). The book deals mainly with the full out legal war that erupted between Sheinberg and Terry Gilliam, the director of the film BRAZIL. It includes some verbatim transcripts of various "conversations" they had, and touches upon Sheinberg's hack job on LEGEND, though not in depth. In regard to the above review, Kamen's score was never replaced officially, due to Gilliam basically kidnapping the film and illegally showing the film on college campuses. It's very bold the way Gilliam defends the score that Kamen wrote, something Ridley Scott seemingly did not do. Anyway, it's a good book and LEGEND is a great score. Thank You.
