I dont want to sound like a jerk but...I have seen many of you looking for sheet music for a score that is over 10 years old. C'mon guys....10 years. Mr. Newman's score is not that complex ( at least in my limited exposure to it). Take the first track for example (Orchard House). I believe it is in the key of G. Mr Newman pretty much hits you over the head with the chord changes ( and there are not that many of them) He basically weaves though the tonic (G-B-D) ;sub dominant(C-E-G) and Dominant (D-F#-A), the most basic of changes . Figure out the melody and you can't help but applying the appropriate chord to the it. If you guys can read music, you should be able to write it. If nothing else, listen to the bass to give you a feel of both the harmonic struture and inversion of the chords.....later

whoa... i've played piano for 11 years and i don't think I could write out piano music for this. what's more, i don't want to. anyone who knows how to get sheet music for this, please ignore this guy and tell us. i'd rather find it, and spend my time playing it, than sit down and right it all out.
(and nice try, but... you definitely sounded like a jerk.)

Hi,
I am very interested in getting the sheet music for the Little Women soundtrack as well, but I have searched all of the major publishers and sheet music providers (Hal Leonard, JW Peppers...) and I haven't come up with anything. Usually, these movie scores start out for piano and are orchestrated later... maybe we can convince Mr. Newman to publish his original manuscript for the score Otherwise, I think it is nowhere to be found. If somebody out there has information to the contrary, then let us know. Thanks!
