From what I understand it isn't on the soundtrack...it is called "The Last March of the Ents" and it is sung by a boy singing soprano....I have been looking for it also, but have not found it. I just watched this on the extended dvd of TTT and found out in the music section. I thought it was a woman too, but was surprised to find out it was a little boy singing that high. If anyone finds it.... do tell.
