if any1 here has the dvd what is that beginning song where u get to chose like play movie and pick scenes......can any please tell me the name of that ......its type of light music..thanx....please email me with any info

Errr... maybe part of it, but I don't think that's the one he's going for. There's no woman singing solo in it, which I believe might be what he means. It's absolutely beautiful, and I would love to know the song as well.
Unfortunately one the DVD, which I just snagged, the song does not loop and only plays for maybe 10-15 seconds. So, once the images loop, you get a bunch of lousy silence.
For the love of Pete, somebody post with any leads!

Oh wow, what the... this was posted in 2002. Okay, I'm talking about The Return of the King DVD. Jeebus, if anybody has info on THAT one, I'd love to know!

It's part of track 16 on the return of the king soundtrack - The End of all Things. In the film it's where Gollum bites Frodo's finger off and takes the ring.
