I know there's a bunch of sheet music from Lord of the Rings here: It's mostly for piano but I think it has one song for flute and one song for fiddle. Another site with a couple of songs from LotR is C e r u l e a n Pictures (without the spaces, it kept telling me C e r u l e a n was a bad word), which this post should have a link to somewhere.... I also have a lot of sheet music (for piano) from Lord of the Rings. If you want any just email me. I have these songs:

Breath of Life
Concerning Hobbits
The End of All Things
Forth Eorlingas
Foundations of Stone
Gollum's Song
In Dreams
Into the West
Isengard Unleashed
Lament for Gandalf
Many Meetings
May it Be
Minas Tirith
The Prophecy
The Return of the King
The Steward of Gondor
The Ring Goes South
The Treason of Isengard
Twilight and Shadow
Use Well the Days
