A score which is full of everything that are good in a soundtrack:exciting action tracks, heroic, bombastic and dark, haunting, suspenseful music alongside with elementary evil and heroic choirs, dramatic, relaxing, sad and otherwordly music, and even soft and gentle musical pieces and some playful tunes.Excellent string and brass section, and also outstanding choir work. The dramatic music illustrate the betrayal of certain factions (for example, the betrayal of Isengard),and the hopelessness that are spread across Middle-Earth because of the growing power of evil forces. The playful and virtouse string music reflect to the hobbits who lead a peaceful life and always take some time for entertaining. The elementary evil choirs reflect to the growing power of evil forces and the terror they spread across Middle-Earth.Dark and suspenseful music illustrate the temptation of the ring, and the dangers lurking within the land, and the paranoia that are working in the hearts of some members of the Fellowship.Bombastic and heroic choirs and music reflect to the sacrifices of brave men and the bravery of the members of the Fellowship that are present in their hearts despite they are outnumbered by the forces of evil.
Exciting action tracks illustrate those scenes when the hobbits are chased by the Nazguls, the terrible Ring Wraiths to get the One Ring which has the power to make evil as powerful as never before.Otherwordly and sad music reflect to the love of Aragorn and Arwen, which can' t be,because man are destined to die,and elves are immortal,so the sadness can turn Arwen' s heart to stone if Aragorn will die one day.Relaxing, soft and gentle musical pieces illustrate the beauty of the lush and green landscapes of Middle-Earth.All in all,a soundtrack that is highly recommended.
