Hey, I don't know about anybody else, but I was freaking out when Howard Shore won twice for the ROTK soundtrack. I love all of his LOTR soundtracks. What's your opinion?

I read through some of the other threads and I thought I'd put down my opinion for best three tracks from ROTK.

1) Return of the King - Definitely #1 here. I don't know about anybody else, but Renee Fleming's vocals at 4:41 just tears my heart apart it's so beautiful. Then the strings come in after to add even more effect. Absolutely wonderful.

2) Minas Tirith - Gotta go with Ben Del Maestro's fantastic vocals here when Gandalf is warding off the Nazguls. Very cool.

3) End of All Things - Awesome choir action and very loud, but I also love the ending. If you haven't guessed it already, I love Renee Fleming's beautiful vocals at the end. Awesome.
