The entire film and music is incredible, but I was very moved by the part when Arwen is set to leave middle earth, and she sees her son. The cue "Twilight and Shadow" plays in the background (probably one of the most beatiful cues for the entire movie)...
The scene goes on into almost a great symphonic statement, and Arwen rides back to rivendell, and we hear a short statement of the Evenstar music.... ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!

Other scenes I love, is when Gandalf is riding out from Minas Tirith to help the riders being pursued by the Nazgul. And the part at the end, when we hear a vocal cue, when the eagles are flying scouting for frodo and sam!

And many more parts, I just absolutely LOVE this score...
What did Mr. Shore take before he started on this journey? I'm not so impressed by his previous works, but his work for the LOTR trilogy is perfect, I wouldn't have any other composer do it. And Mr. Shore is now my favorite composer
