It was on the WB/Maverick album because it wasn't featured in the film. If

I have that song and it's the one which plays in the trailer. I have the DVD and there's a part of this song which plays in the menu's of the DVD but that part is not in the song, any idea if it's been added by Davis after the CD was released?
