It's a theme from Lalo Schifrin in the 1960's of all the time. Academy Award Nominee composer Alan Silvestri was originally hired to compose by the music, but he was fired by director Brian De Palma and Silvestri's score was rejected. Today, Academy Award Nominee composer Danny Elfman replaces Alan Silvestri as "Mission: Impossible" composer. It's a great score from 1996. Danny Elfman is fantastic.
