As one of those James Horner fans who prefers his early music to his more recent stuff, I'd concur that the soundtrack to Braveheart is nothing to write home about. It's not BAD, there's a couple of good tracks, but for the most part I find it somewhat monotonous and tedious. Like some of the MOA soundtrack. I think that's what Mac was talking about. Of course, liking or not liking a piece of music is entirely individual. If you like Braveheart, it's because something in the music inspires you. It just didn't do it for me. It sounds like it didn't do it for Mac either!
