lyrics ?  what lyrics ? Vangelis uses the sopranos identical to his synths. He just wants to have "this and that sound over there" without any link to -what we think is- 'conventional communication'.
The sopranos are just synths, and Vangelis turns some knobs to make them sound different each time.
