My name is Kyle. I'm sort of doing this profile by request. I don't feel like I have to show what scores I have in my collection or how varied my taste is, I'm just a film lover and movie music fanatic. I'm a working director and composer and I feel that music is one of the most important and all-essential elements in a film. So, forgive me if show disdain for composers who continually miss the mark and show praise for composers who never fail to please in some way. I have bias toward John Williams, James Horner and Trevor Jones, for whatever reason. Right now the composer I have my eye on most is Michael Giacchino because I feel that he's easily the most talented new composer in a long time.

That's about it for me. You'll see me on the scoreboards fairly often, yet my posts seem to go unnoticed a lot of the time. I get argumentative sometimes, but it's all in the love of movies and music, so know that I am well-intentioned and I just love to talk about music. However, I do NOT like people who post personally offensive remarks on these boards. I say keep it clean and if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
