It is at the ende of the "Hail to the Winner, Anakin Skywalker" Track (#34)
It is as subtle as in the concert version of Anakin's theme, only the last few notes of Vader's theme again hint at the dark future of the boy. But it is always creepy for me when this sweet theme plays and suddenly ends with this forshadowing motive.
