Listen I saw the movie and i think it was great. I thought Gerard Butler did a great Job. Sure he is not a pro at singing, Nicole Kidman could not sing either but Mulan Rouge was still a good movie. You have to give people credit for trying and doing their best, and thats probably half of what you do CB. Can you sing? could you go and sing the role of the Phantom? and i dont want to here that crap about No i cant sing but i can do a better job the Butler. and your opinion is not the right and only opinion that should be heard. everyone has onne and if you dont like what they have to say then big deal becaue not everyone is ranting and reving over how your opionion is so right. so since i read your opionion you are going to read mine. I loved the movie and the sound track. just becaue its the same as the original big flipping deal all movies get different responces, not everyone is going to be happy with the product so leave the people who did like the movie a lone stop insulting them for what they like just because you didnt like it. you cant always compare things because that just ruins everything. so next time you see a remake of a movie watch it with an open mind instead of going to the movie already saying you are going to hate it because its not the original. The pople in the movie worked really hard for what they did. and unless you want people to start putting you down for something you have worked really hard to do i woul dkeep my mouth shut and just accept the fact that it was not the original it was not going ever be like the original and move on
