NEWS ALERT! It's a guilty pleasure!!

Christian is quite correct in his review. On anything other than surface level, the score is lazy and contrived. "Shame on you...[rolls up newspaper and smacks Klaus and Hans on nose]...bad composers."

So why do I keep listening to it over and over?? Because, like the movie itself, it's a fun ride. Yes, there are tracks that I program out, but most of them are rousing, energetic, and infectiously thematic. I really like this score---it's the guilty pleasure of the year.
