I think Clemmensen is overemphasizing the thematic and harmonic components of the score. It's dreary, dull, and unexpectedly repetitive (like something James Horner would compose for similar scores.) Memorable, yes, in the way most Williams scores are, but not nearly as innovative as Howard Shore's The Game, which by some rare lapse in judgment, he only rated 2 stars. It starts to pick up in track 12, but I usually don't find it worth the wait. It works in the film, and I rarely give credit to scores for doing simply that. 3/5
