Le festin est sur...mon...chemin..... =}
Sigh...hearing Camille end the movie with that beautiful, soulful melody...seeing the Eiffel Tower in the distance, and the little chef Ratatouille's sign fade to black....sigh...such a lovely movie about love, Paris, and cooking =)
My favorite parts of the movie are made especially wonderful because of Giacchino's wonderful score. Track 6/Wall Rat plays as Remy discovers Paris for the first time in his life...Track 9/Souped Up plays as he perfects his first restuarant soup...and the strings on Track 18/Paper Chase....! No, but ALL the tracks are good! Special mentions for Cast of Cooks / Colette Shows him Le Ropes / Special Order / Losing Control / Cast of Cooks / Dinner Rush, and, especially, Anyone Can Cook, and End Creditouilles. Oh bother! ALL of THEM!!! =)
Giacchino, thank you for making me fall in love with a Rats, cooking, and Paris!
