I don't exactly remember it in the soundtrack, but it was defenitely in the film. When Anakin and Padme talk after he had his first nightmare, we can clearly hear Anakin's theme. Also, Battle of the Heroes sounds a little bit like a very modified Anakin's Theme, maybe...
