No, he isn't wrong. I'm holding the 1987 TER CD right here, and it's exactly as he says it is.
> 1. Main Title (0:40) ]2. Van Chase (4:52) 3. Murphy's Death (2:38)
> 4. The Rock Shop (3:42) 5. Home (4:16) 6. Robo vs. ED-209
> (2:07) 7. The Dream (3:08) 8. Across the Board (1:49) 9.
> Betrayal (2:19) 10. Clarence Frags Bob (1:43) 11. Robo Tips His
> Hat (2:11) 12. Drive to Jones' Office (1:47) 13. We Killed You
> (1:46) 14. Directive IV / Robo Tips His Hat (3:13) 15. Showdown
> (5:15)
Track 11 is NOT entitled "Robo Tips His Hat", it is "Drive to Jones' Office". Track 12 is "We Killed You", Track 13 is "Directive IV" and Track 14 is "Robo Tips His Hat".
Your database must be ultra-reliable if you can't even get this right.

No i did not say Varese 87 album first - but see the film and hear if it is like that - and also look for a total run time on your cd player.

I have both the old Varese CD and the TER CD. There is one track on there twice, apparently by mistake, called "Robo Tips His Hat". However, it is tracked differently across the two releases (Varese and TER) - I think it's tagged onto the start of a cue on Varese, but the end of the previous cue on the TER release (or the other way around).
Either way, the content of both original albums differ from the track listing on the backs of the CDs.
"Varese made a mistake. Now it's time to erase that mistake!"

You are right
the tracklist i listed is the correct tracklist for the music as heard on the original varese cd (i do not have the other release) - Varese also says tha the new robocop release should be looked as the right one.... not the old release...

No, Broxton and Clemmensen are right. You are the wrong one. |

I have the original album and Broxton and Clemmensen @ Filmtracks.com are correct.
Your claims of having this almighty source of film music knowledge are becoming comedy.

You also failed to read the Filmtracks.com rule that says "send corrections by email to the editors".
Don't be caught with your pants down. That's a Ford A Thaxton thing to do.

Actually, the track list Christian provided is the "official" track list printed on the package. It is inaccurate, however. The list Mark printed is the actual list. Its odd that on the original CD, track 14 ended up containing both "Direcive IV" and "Robo Tips His Hat" (retitled "Care Package" on the re-release). Which means "Robo Tips His Hat" erroneously appears twice on the album. A lot of the track lengths were also listed wrong on the original album.
One of the reasons I picked up the new album (I also have the old one) was because of the errors on the old one that were corrected on the new one. As a side note to that, the sound quality on the re-release is far superior to the original album.
