It's been a long time since I've seen this film, but I believe your "fallarie, fallara song" is called "Mein Vater war ein Wandersmann". If memory serves me correctly, Schindler was singing this at the table with some girls with hats and they had their picture taken. "Mein Vater..." is a very popular song, so do a search, and I'm pretty sure all sorts of versions would come back. It's not on the SL soundtrack, and I doubt there is a SL version of it [i.e. Schindler/Liam Neeson singing it in a drunk voice, exaggerating the "... fallara - HA - HA - HA - HA..."]. Good luck.
