Working on "Sin City", Rodriguez immediately wanted to give creator Frank Miller co-creator credit. When the WGA refused, however, he offered Miller sole director credit. Miller was touched by this offer, but felt it would be wrong to take it, so Rodriguez resigned from the WGA so that he could give Frank Miller proper credit. Not to mention, any time you see promotional material for the film, or look at the DVD covers, etc, you'll notice that the title is "Frank Miller's Sin City". Additionally, if Rodriguez really wanted to take as many credits as humanly possible, he could have easily taken a screenwriter's credit, but refused to as he said it would be wrong since he basically just transcribed Miller's comics.

Yeah, what an asshole.

Correction: that one sentence should read, "Rodriguez immediately wanted to give creator Frank Miller co-DIRECTOR credit."
