it's soooo beautiful.

And, funny you should say that, Christian, I felt exactly the same thing watching the movie the first time: "Isn't that the Deep Blue Sea theme?"

Whatever, it fits. If I can use this word, because the whole album is just loosely connected. Without having seen the film, you could say it's a compilation.

Despite it's shortness, the themes are done so well I could cry. COULD cry. (I don't, I'm a man! And I'm not afraid of the dark either!)

The guitars in the emotional scenes, the synth-laden passages during action sequences, full chorous while dragon flies... you got the point....

And there's still this squirky Chicken Run feeling here and there.

I'd give this score ***.
