Rufus sounded awfully close to Jeff's version -- actually he sounded halfway between Jeff and John Cale, who also did a version of the song previously to Jeff. At first I thought it WAS Jeff...but didn't know until looking on this site that it's possible someone else did it. But Rufus and Jeff come from that same vein, don't they? Mystery White Boy...

Meanwhile, where is this Hallelujah on the soundtrack -- it doesn't appear to be listed anywhere...or maybe I'm not looking at this site right. The list doesn't show the song...or maybe I'm wrong. Some help?
