I really should have picked up this one muuuuch earlier!
I think the reason why I didn't was because the filmtracks-clips couldn't capture what I now realise the score is. And how could they? Dam you, clips
Anyway it's by far one of the best scores of the last years. The water never spraied more in my face since Treasure Planet.
It's all there: The flying flutes, the springy strings, the brassy theme, even some percussion.
And do I hear I a Steel Chello in some cues?
Sure, it's very modernistic, but a delight for the ears.
Already one of my favorites.
