Alan Menken and your girlfriend   Thursday, January 16, 2025 (8:03 a.m.)

I watched Spellbound with my girlfriend and I have observations about Alan Menken's impact on women. Not teenage girls, but full grown women.

If you do the loving boyfriend routine and cuddle with your girlfriend through The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, or Aladdin, you are almost guaranteed that she will then sit on your dick. Something about those Menken soundtracks makes them horny and prepared for sex.

This effect lessened over the years though. Watching Tangled and Enchanted with women, those musicals didn't arouse them the same way. Sometimes they'd demand dick if you were really physically rubbing them up during the film. But the music itself didn't make them as horny.

Spellbound had no effect on my girlfriend at all, the same as the last couple of his musicals that went straight to streaming. No sexual interest from her whatsoever after the movies. If we go back and watch Beauty and the Beast again, she becomes a beautiful sex beast, so it isn't an age thing.

I have to say that Menken has lost his touch. Filmtracks is right about Spellbound having really good songs, mostly because the main singer is great. But no dick ride resulted and I needed to speak out about that.

This is extremely insightful and disturbing at the same time. I have never encountered a site like Filmtracks where commentary can be so fascinatingly observant but wretchedly juvenile, almost as if aimed at prudish religious bystanders with the intent to offend with upmost seriousness.
