Many soundtrack lovers and critics in the world would certainly complain about James horner way of composing music for movies, why? just simple reason because of repeating same type of music movie after movie. According to me, it doesn't matter . I damn deep lover of soundtrack albums, i have various collection of soundtracks . Everybody says James Horner repeats the same theme, but there is no point in telling that coz it is quite common in his composition.

Many people are quite aware that most of the composers do repeat same theme or same sound movie after movie. You can't identify it but in Horner's work you do identify it, that's the only difference.

My friends, as far as this soundtrack concern it is really awesome and wonderful. After a long period of time James Horner scored made a comeback and composed music for fantasy film like "The Spiderwick Chronicles", especially after "Willow" and "Casper". Yes of course, this soundtrack album is nowhere to near to his previous works. But still you can enjoy this score. James Horner did a excellent job and he won't disappoint you at all. In fact, stop complaining about repetition of music and just enjoy the music.

It is very important that after buying this CD straight away don't put it huge music system and listen, i just recommend you all to listen through head phones, then you will agree with my review.
