How can you say such thing when Goldsmith did a wunderfull job. I don't say Horner's music stink, but he does't show us any new. I think the main reason, that I like Goldsmith's work for the new Jack Ryan film, is that he didn't made any good music for the past 3 years. And I'm happy that he is back.

Hollow Man is quite a decent score. Anyone agree?

I think the only good track (for me) is track 5 (Not Right), track 10 (Find Him) and track 11 (Bloody Floor). The rest of it is not as good as the kind of music wich he made in 1998 and in 1999. Wich were his best years, in the past 10 years.

FRED FUNK doesn't know nothing   Sunday, June 16, 2002 (8:25 a.m.)

That message was written by someone that doesn't understand film scores, so let's not waste our energy or our time on that message.

Yes and if Horner was the man, he wouldn't be FIRED!

Say what?!   Thursday, June 20, 2002 (11:59 a.m.)

What do you mean? Horner hasn't been fired, has he? He's been on a roll this past year. What kind of publicity would it make if somebody fired an award winning composer like that? Also, I think Goldsmith is an excellent composer, and I'm just hoping he doesn't croak while in the middle of a good streak of scores. His scores are one of the things that makes me proud to be an American.

Gee, let me think...   Sunday, June 23, 2002 (9:00 p.m.)

Well, gosh. I guess you'd have to be an American to know why we're proud. And if you're not, try to imagine how YOU'D feel if some fanatical savage from a culture of wifebeaters tells you that your nation doesn't deserve to give it's people any form of liberty and freedom, and that it should be crushed for it's benevolent ways. I don't know about you, but I won't just say "Uh, not thank you." I would say HELL NO! And just to spite them, I've decided to be proud of it...and eat pork.

Well, but you were beaten by Germany in the World Cup football last week.
Certainly nothing to be proud of.

But indeed if my country was emasculated by a few maniacs in planes i might ramble like you do.

Ramble? This is meaningful stuff to me!   Monday, June 24, 2002 (1:48 p.m.)

Oh, come on! Of course Germany beat us in the World cup. We're not invincible. It's nothing to be ashamed of. We're just glad we got as far as we did. That's just good sportsmanship. Kudos to Germany; they are a force to be reckoned with. I've always wanted to go there.

On the contrary Fred Funk knows SOMETHING if he agrees that James Horner is the man. It's YOU that doesn't know anything.
