Is this the same Emily Bernstein who is also Elmer Bernstein's daughter/orchestrator?

No, they are (or were) two different people. (I believe
the clarinettist Emily died of cancer earlier this year).

It seems the reason Emilie Adamson Bernstein changed her
first name from Emily to Emilie was to avoid confusion
on AFM listings, etc. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the clarification. I am shocked to hear of the passing of the clarinetist. Her contribution to the score of The Terminal (her final work?) is a tremendous legacy that she will leave.
