The Ultimate Edition was simply a varese re-release with an additional silver cover sleeve added. There is no extra music to be found.

Hey John,

There was a fanmade "Ultimate Soundtrack" for T2 where someone named Jakub Kuczynski seperated the music from the 6 different audio channels to expand the OST into 2 discs. Why all that work was put into it I have no clue because he and someone who helped decided they did not want to share it.
