Not as original as I thought   Sunday, June 16, 2002 (3:55 a.m.)

It's a great score but I can hardly believe that the main theme is almost
completely the same as the them from "The Edge" from Golsdmith. Tell me if I'm wrong, but am I really the only one who has noticed this?

Peter (from Belgium)

I liked it better when it was called "The Edge"   Thursday, June 5, 2003 (12:26 p.m.)

No, Peter, you're absolutely correct! I wanted to like this score, but everytime I listen to it, I can't help but think "Goldsmith rip-off."

The Edge is a truly magnificent score, and while Badelt does an admirable job of manipulating Goldsmith's main theme and adding a dash of Zimmer electronica, in my opinion, it doesn't even come close to the original.
