Wolfgang Petersen is a German film director who directed in 2004 the epic movie: "Troy". Academy Award Winning composer Gabriel Yared was originally hired to compose by the music, but he was fired by German director Wolfgang Petersen and Yared's score was rejected. Today, Academy Award Winning composer James Horner worked previously by Wolfgang Petersen: "The Perfect Storm" and replaces Gabriel Yared as a "Troy" composer. Yared was fired and Horner was complete.
