I know this is late in response, but definitely not. Zimmer wouldn't have been able to come up with as complex rhythms, as sophisticated orchestration or something as beautiful (listen to the Valerie cue).

There are some similarities to Batman Begins, particularly in the last queue, which could just be coincidence (as the movies didn't come out that far from each other- less then a year I believe), or the use of temp tracks.

Also, Marianelli is far from the next Williams. He created a few wonderful scores in a short space of time (2005-2007), but he hasn't written a lot since then and he's not always consistent.
