As the owner of the site, I am obligated to keep tabs on people requesting free MP3 versions of these scores in the event that a label, rights agency, studio, or other entity requests assistance in busting these illegal downloaders.

There will come a day soon when openly soliciting MP3s will be reason for a bust... just like soliciting sex on American streets.
