Selected thoughts for you. A)Tracking without specifically stating you are doing so is an invasion of privacy and you can be charged with such.. B)Information of this nature is not admissible in court as it does not come from an objective source, and C)A very recent Canadian supreme court ruling specifically states that it is legal for Canadian citizens to be in possession of mp3s, and to share them on p2p networks... ^_~ Canada forever!
